Monica King is a broker and co-owner of San Luis Obispo Realty. Just recently San Luis Realty partnered with Bayshore Realty in Morro Bay, where Monica took on the leadership role of Broker of Record and Manager. Her busy schedule now includes the Morro Bay office where she can also focus on those communities.

Some History: She has worked in Real Estate for over a decade. While at Century 21 she received the prestigious Centurion Award for 9 consecutive years. While with RE/MAX she earned membership in the Top Producer’s platinum Club in only 7 months. After receiving her broker’s license Monica decided to open an independent Real Estate office with partners who she worked with during her years at Century 21. This company, San Luis Obispo Realty,  is known throughout the county as the leaders in buying and selling real estate on the Central Coast.  Monica specializes in residential sales but also works with clients who invest in multi-family and commercial properties. She has represented many clients who have bought and sold rural properties including vineyards and farms. She also has experience with land development deals and has worked on a variety of projects. Over all She loves real estate and enjoys the challenges of learning with each and every experience.

Above all else the most important thing in Monica’s life is her family. She is very close to her grown children and her 4 grandchildren. She often says “I am blessed to have a close and loving family, there is nothing more important in life than my loved ones!”

Monica views her clients as an extension of her family and they often become friends. Working so closely with my clients usually creates a bond that is very real and it makes the process so much more personal. “I feel very fortunate to have a loyal and trusting clientele.” Because of their support and the love of my family I feel truly blessed.
